Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn labels are intact and items are securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point or scheduled pick-up location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
